2. Services
CMC provides one core service: the CMC Deployability Diagnostic — an infrastructure feasibility assessment that scores organizations across six dimensions (Formality, Capture, Structure, Accessibility, Maintenance, Integration) and determines whether specific AI capabilities can be deployed.
The diagnostic is scoped to the question the client brings. Variants include:
- Capability Fit – Single-capability gap analysis with BLOCKED/STRETCH/READY determination
- Vendor Requirements – Infrastructure requirements mapping for multiple vendor products
- Deployment Gap Plan – Multi-capability gap analysis with constraint-priority build sequencing
- Infrastructure Profile – Full infrastructure architecture specification
- Build Sequence – Dependency-ordered, phase-by-phase build specification
PE / VC Variants
- Pre-Acquisition Diligence – Infrastructure feasibility assessment of acquisition targets
- Portfolio Screening – Deployability heatmap across multiple portfolio companies
- Full Portfolio Diagnostic – Per-company CMC profiles with cross-portfolio constraint mapping
CMC also provides a free Deployability Check — a self-service tool on the website for indicative infrastructure scoring (see Section 10).
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid engagements are defined in individual proposals or statements of work ("SOW"), which form part of these Terms.
3. Engagement Process
For paid services:
- Initial consultation to understand requirements (typically free)
- Proposal or SOW outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees
- Written acceptance (email sufficient) of proposal by Client
